Launching yurt holidays in Dorset: a travel PR case study
The PR brief:
Generate press coverage to launch new yurt holidays on the Stock Gaylard Estate in Dorset.
The challenge:
Within a three-month period, announce the arrival of the new Mongolian-style yurts, built on a North Dorset Estate, to the UK’s emerging “glamping” travel market.
Results:
The following examples of national and regional press coverage show some of the results yielded from the launch, following a concentrated burst of media relations activity, which included the arranging of press visits and reviews.
