Follow Xinia duo’s Paperworld Show fundraising road trip

PAPERWORLD Show pilgrims from a Somerset-based laser printer cartridge remanufacturing firm have set off on a charity road trip en route to this year’s event in Frankfurt.

Xinia’s Rory Thompson and Robbie Marshall are aiming to visit seven major European football clubs on their way to the annual trade show collecting football souvenirs along the way.

Famous football stadiums pencilled in on their road map include newly promoted Southampton’s Saint Mary’s, PSV Eindhoven’s Philips Stadion and German champions Borussia Dortmund’s Westfalenstadion.

Fellow Paperworld Show attendees will be able to keep abreast of Rory and Robbie’s charity challenge by following them on Twitter (@XiniaRoadtrip).

On arrival in Frankfurt, at the end of their 600 mile drive, Rory and Robbie’s Twitter followers will be invited to an exclusive champagne reception and prize draw of their football souvenirs at the Xinia stand (Hall 3.1 H47).

“All proceeds from the draw will go to some of our supported charities, including Kids for Kids and Ups and Downs” explained Rory, Xinia’s Marketing Manager.

Rory said: “In addition to doing their little bit for charity and hearing about my and Robbie’s adventures on the road, guests at our stand will get an opportunity to see some of Xinia’s exciting new product launches for 2013.”

As the largest sales division of the PBTI Group, Xinia supplies the office market with quality, UK-manufactured, cost-saving, recycled, replacement laser printer cartridges.
