Dyne Drewett appoints litigation specialist
A FULL service South West law firm has appointed a new member to its Sherborne office
Dyne Drewett LLP continues to attract high calibre staff to its team and this month is joined by high value litigation specialist Eamonn Hogan.
Eamonn qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and specialises in commercial, civil and insurance litigation. He joins the firm from Legal 200 city firm Picton Howell and Legal 500 practice Lyons Davidson Solicitors.
His experience spans handling a diverse, contentious case load, comprising professional negligence matters, including surveyors and solicitors negligence; breach of contract; construction disputes, contentious probate, intellectual property cases, landlord and tenant disputes and various civil wrongs including property-related nuisance claims, director disputes and professional negligence claims.
In addition to the extensive experience of representing individuals and companies at trial, Eamonn has also gained experience of using dispute resolution in order to obtain the results his clients have desired.
His appointment follows two agricultural specialist moves at Dyne Drewett – the promotion of Richard Pinney to the firm’s partnership and the appointment of rights of way expert Jonathan Cheal last month.
